NEW TRAINING SETS AND PROGRESS 18/11/2020

You will all now be aware that the training sets have been altered recently to enable you to progress swiftly towards full fitness. In this regard I just wanted you all to know how well you are all adapting to the new training regimes. Nearly all of you have managed the swim and rest intervals which is very pleasing from a coaching point of view. A special mention goes to Natalia whose fly is improving rapidly and the swim and rests she is churning out are very impressive so well done to her.

I will try where possible to make the sets enjoyable at the same time making them as tough as they need to be however all three lanes are now producing quality training required. All in all very pleased with the effort and desire shown so keep up the good work.
